(Been a while since I’ve actually updated, but I’m back…for now until I get busy again.)
If you’re in Southern California and looking for an amazing team of videographers, be sure to hit up the good people of Craft & Pixel Creative! Karl & Trisha did a wonderful job and we were very pleased to have them be a part of our wedding. Instead of keeping it at a vendor relationship, Karl & Trisha quickly became our friends.
Enjoy the video!
My order from Project Pockets FTW came in last week!
I haven’t purchased tees since I started working for FITTED, but I’m all about supporting my friends and family. All purchases from Project Pockets will be used to assist Dustin & Katrina’s wedding expenses. The shirts are affordable and made with love; these two are MADLY in love with each other!
You can purchase your tees from the link above. If you want the pocket design on a different color tee or a different neck style, Dustin & Katrina will accommodate you! Also they can source new materials or patterns if you have something else in mind. Support their wedding by purchasing a couple of tees!
Of course I requested the Hello Kitty Pocket tee in black…trying to be a bit manly with HK,
With our wedding coming up, the Wifey has been spending a lot of time working on DIY projects. If you’re trying to save costs and have a specific look in mind, we highly suggest making things on your own. Not only do you have the final say in everything, but you actually know what you’re getting.
Here are the items needed for this project:
- Mason Jars (you can purchase the jars in a package from Target)
- Chevron burlap
- Hot glue gun
Here’s how you achieve the look:
- Cut the burlap to the size of the jar.
- Use the hot glue gun to put some glue on the center of the jar.
- Wrap the burlap around the jar and then seal the ends with some more glue.
- Wrap the twine around the center of the jar (this will help hide any of the excess glue).
There you have it folks. A quick project for custom vases.
My good friends (more like family), Dustin & Katrina, are working on their “Project Pockets FTW” campaign for their wedding. They set up the campaign to help fund their big day in early 2014.
If you’ve been to a wedding or had a wedding, then you know how expensive it can get. Budgeting for a wedding is extremely difficult, especially if you have to factor in student loans, rent, etc.
Project Pockets’ tees are affordable and accommodating. They will do the best they can to suit your needs. If you’re interested in custom pocket tees that help a great cause, please support them and purchase a couple. Make sure to visit their site regularly, as they are always updating with new fabrics and styles.
